If you receive a product that is damaged from shipping, defective, or that is not the correct product you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received and make sure that the product is in its original packaging. Also, accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or dispatch invoice) and returns must be made within 7 days from the date you received it.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please allow 14 to 30 days working days for your return to be processed.
We do not accept refund for below conditions:
- We reserve the right to deny refunds or replacements without proper proof or reason.
- We do not accept any change of mind as a reason for a refund.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If we agree on changing size/type of product (the product you need is still in stock), we have the right to refuse any refund request.
- We do not refund any duplicate order that is made by the customer itself. We will send the duplicate product to you or allow you to exchange with other products.
- We do not accept any refund for pre-order items and customize products etc.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
